A charming blend of function and vintage-inspired style, the Anouk Ottoman features a sturdy oak base with an open shelf for added storage or display. Upholstered in a richly patterned floral fabric, its generous proportions invite you to put your feet up while adding color, texture, and character to the room. A collaboration between Amber Lewis and Four Hands.

Upholstery Care

  • Vacuum: Use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum to clean the fabric every 1–2 weeks. This removes surface dust and debris before it gets ground deep into the weave. Avoid using a rotating beater brush, which can fray the natural fibers.
  • Immediate Spill Response: If a liquid spills, blot it immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Never rub or scrub the stain, as this pushes the liquid deeper into the fibers and may distort the natural linen/cotton weave.
  • Spot Cleaning: Check for a care code tag under the cushion (W, S, WS, or X). If no tag exists, assume it is semi-delicate. Mix a few drops of mild, clear dish soap into a cup of lukewarm water. Lightly moisten a cloth, blot the area, and "rinse" by blotting with a clean cloth dampened only with water.
  • Dry Quickly: Linen and cotton are highly prone to "browning" or watermark rings if left wet too long. Use a dry microfiber towel to press out residual moisture and use a fan to dry the area quickly

Solid Oak Care

  • Routine Dusting: Wipe down the wood frame weekly with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Dust can be mildly abrasive, so keeping it clear prevents micro-scratches. 
  • Wipe Spills Immediately: Oak is porous. If water or liquids spill on the frame, blot immediately with a dry towel to prevent the wood from warping, cracking, or developing white rings.
  • Avoid Harsh Polishes: Do not use silicone-based sprays (like Pledge) or heavy waxes frequently, as they create a sticky buildup that attracts dirt. Use a specialized, silicone-free alternative sparingly if you want to enhance the glow.
  • Placement Matters: Position the furniture away from direct heating vents, radiators, and prolonged intense sunlight, which can crack the oak and cause the finish to fade unevenly
