Shoppe Perks is our new loyalty program that lets you earn points on purchases that you can redeem for rewards. It's free to join! For every dollar spent in-store or online, you'll earn points that can be redeemed towards purchases as well as other exclusive Shoppe perks.
It's simple, just create an account online in order to join our rewards program.
Already have an account? You’re automatically in. Make sure you’re logged in for any online purchases to redeem your points, or mention that you're part of our rewards program in store!
You'll earn points with every purchase made both online and in store. Receive 5 points for every dollar spent. That's 5% back to redeem towards Shoppe purchases. In addition to earning points, you'll receive exclusive previews to new collections, early access to sales, a birthday gift, and more.
You can earn points by simply making a purchase online and in store. Earn extra points for performing activities like creating an account, writing a review, following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, signing up for our mailing list, sharing your birthday, or referring friends. Simply log in and click 'Rewards' in the left menu.
There are two ways to redeem points, online and in store. You may begin redeeming points towards purchases once you earn 3,000 points. The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed towards a single purchase is 100,000 points.
Online: Make sure you're logged into your account with your Shoppe Perks email to redeem your points at checkout. At checkout you'll see the option to redeem eligible points towards your purchase.
In store: Provide your Shoppe Perks email to an associate in store at checkout. We'll take care of the rest!
Yes, the minimum order value must be $30 or more in order to redeem your Shoppe Perks points. The maximum point redemption towards a single order is 100,000 points or $1,000.
You may not redeem your points in combination with other discount codes, but you can redeem with a Shoppe Gift Card.
No, points cannot be combined or transferred across different accounts.
If you return an item, your points will be automatically added back to your account.
Yes, points are valid for a 12 month period. Don't worry, we'll let you know when and if your points are close to expiry.
Log in to your account, visit your Account page, and click 'Rewards' in the left menu to view your rewards and other ways to earn points.
Points will display in your account 30 days after the time of purchase.
All existing customers who have an account prior to 3/29/2021 will receive the account creation reward of 1,000 points. Purchases made on and after 4/1/2021 will be eligible to earn points. Points will not be applied to past purchases made prior to 4/1/2021.
